Abstract
Various aspects of oxidative coupling of nucleoside aryl H-phosphonate dies ters with nucleosides to produce important synthetic intermediates in the p hosphotriester approach to oligonucleotide synthesis, dinucleoside aryl pho sphotriesters, was investigated.
