Abstract
We have investigated the effects of several beta-D-ddA 5'-monophospate (bet a-D-ddAMP), and their corresponding beta-L-enantiomers prodrugs against HBV replication. All ddAMP prodrugs inhibited HBV replication in a dose-depend ent manner.
