Abstract
We describe a woman with the syndrome characterised by hyperandrogenism, in sulin resistance and acanthosis nigricans (the HAIR-AN syndrome), and an as sociated insulinoma (islet B-cell tumour), whose signs and symptoms cleared after partial pancreatectomy.
