Abstract
A phase sensitive 3D J-resolved HMBC experiment has been developed to obtai n well-separated multiple-bond and one-bond heteronuclear correlation spect ra. This experiment greatly facilitates spectral assignment and accurate me asurement of the long-range H-1-C-13 J coupling constants by a least-square s method. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
