Abstract
We report on the endoscopic therapy of a subcutaneous teat lesion in the co w using a novel papillar duct bougie. Diagnostic procedures and treatment a re explained. At the same time, we discuss the use of papillar duct bougies by the farmer in the absence of prior diagnostic by a veterinarian and its consequences.
