Association study of schizophrenia among Indian families

A putative association of schizophrenia with a Msc I restriction fragment l ength polymorphism at the dopamine D3 receptor gene locus (DRD3) was tested among Indian families, using haplotype relative risk analysis and the tran smission disequilibrium test (n=66 families and 58 sets of transmissions, r espectively).
