Abstract
In a search for novel atypical antipsychotics, the synthesis of new hexahyd rocarbazoles and spiro indoles N-substituted with a 3-(dimethylamino)propyl chain is described, together with the results of an in vitro evaluation of their affinities for D-2 and 5-HT2A receptors.
