Abstract
A direct liquid-chromatographic method has been developed for the stereosel ective analysis of idrapril and its stereoisomers on a chiral alpha(1)-acid glycoprotein (AGP) column. The influence of flow-rate, temperature, and mo bile phase composition on retention and selectivity was evaluated to find t he optimum conditions for chiral separation.
