Abstract
In developing a mathematical model for a CFB boiler we use earlier work. Ou r model includes mathematical descriptions of the underlying physical and c hemical processes. It has been applied to simulation of a 12 MW CFB boiler. The calculations agree well with test results. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science L td. All rights reserved.
