Abstract
The levels of expression of a surface activation-related structure, markers of proliferation, adhesive molecules, and IgM were studied using the model s of MH-rabdomyosarcoma and of blastomogenesis. Tumor cells and lymphocytes of distant and regional lymph nodes were under investigation. It was shown that MH-rabdomyosarcoma tumor cells are characterized by the expression of IgM and an adhesive molecule recognized by IPO-51 mAbs. At the same time, tumor cells in blastomogenesis were characterized by expression of an adhes ive molecule and a surface activation-related structure recognized by IPO-5 6 mAbs.
