Abstract
By PCR screening, we found an extremely high prevalence of Tf virus (TTV) i n the general populations from different geographic regions. This suggests that TTV may be a common DNA virus with no clear disease association in hum ans. TTV genotyping by phylogenetic analysis was also performed.
