Abstract
We report the MR features in two patients presenting with symptomatic theca l impingement by posterior epidural cysts linking a bilateral lumbar spondy lolysis. Large fluid-filled channels bridging the ruptured partes interarti culares were present in spite of the absence of significant arthritic chang es within the adjacent facet joints.
