Symptomatic cerebral venous angioma: case report

We report a case of venous angioma revealed by seizure after a non hemorrha gic venous infrarct. The initial neuroradiological work-up with CT scan, an giography and brain MRI evidenced the venous infarction with abnormal contr ast uptake. The control MRI 3 months Inter showed clear involution of the v enous infarct. Non-hemorrhagic venous infarction on venous angiomas are exceptional Only 2 cases have been reported bz the literature. Impaired venous drainage could be implicated.
