Abstract
Some aspects and questions concerning orbital angular momentum distribution s are discussed. Using the quark OAM as an example we explain the connectio n between evolution equations derived in Hagler Ph and Schafer A 1998 Phys. Lett. B 430 179 and Hoodbhoy P, Ji X and Lu W 1999 Phys. Rev. D 59 014013.
