Abstract
We investigated the electronic structures of quantum dots with hydrogenic i mpurity by using spin density functional theory. The electron addition ener gy dependences on the number of electrons and the position of impurities ar e obtained. The spin configurations of ground states and spin-blockade cond itions are studied as consecutive electrons are added to the quantum dot.
