The precipitation behaviour of the high temperature sheet material CoCr22Ni
22W14 is investigated in a qualitative and quantitative manner using transm
ission and scanning electron microscopy. There are to be found two carbide
phases and a Laves-phase. The presence of the phases changes depending on t
ime and temperature of a thermal loads. The results are able to explain a w
hole string of phenomena of the high temperature mechanical properties (cre
ep and hot tensile behaviour).
