Abstract
Three-dimensional free-breathing coronary magnetic resonance angiography wa s performed in eight healthy volunteers with use of real-time navigator tec hnology. Images acquired with the navigator localized at the right hemidiap hragm and at the left ventricle were objectively compared. The diaphragmati c navigator was found to be superior for vessel delineation of middle to di stal portions of the coronary arteries.
