Thirty years of affinity chromatography

Affinity chromatography was introduced 30 years ago and is the most powerfu l tool for purification of biologically active molecules. Affinity chromato graphy has also had a major impact and virtually revolutionized the entire field of modem biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, medicine and biote chnology.
