Abstract
Four kinds of oligonucleotide 26-mers including 5-formyl-2'-deoxyuridine in place of thymidine at the kappa B Site were synthesized. One of the oligon ucleotide 26-mers was critically discriminated by the NF kappa B p50 homodi mer in binding.
