Abstract
Organic electroluminescent diodes containing tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine , tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopen tyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyaninatoc opper(II) were prepared by the vacuum deposition method.
