Abstract
Bis(imido) chromium(VI) complexes are efficient catalysts for promoting the cyclopropanation of activated monosubstituted olefins with ethyl diazoacet ate. 2,2'-Disubstituted activated olefins and non-activated alpha- and cycl o-olefins, however, are much less reactive.
