L. Campanella et al., Analysis of several real matrices using new mono-, bi-enzymatic, or inhibition organic phase enzyme electrodes, ANALYT CHIM, 393(1-3), 1999, pp. 109-120
A brief description is given of the main research recently performed by the
authors in the field of organic phase enzyme electrodes (OPEEs), including
those referring to biosensors still being developed or to applications in
progress. The data provided refer mainly to the response throughout the lif
etime of mono- or bi-enzymatic OPEEs using tyrosinase, catalase, superoxide
dismutase, phospholipase D plus choline oxidase and butyrylcholinesterase
plus choline oxidase, and operating in different organic solvents or solven
t mixtures (n-hexane, chloroform, dimethylsulphoxide, chloroform/hexane 50%
by volume, respectively). (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserv
