Abstract
Microwave action on adsorbed 2-(arylamino)-nicotinic acid derivatives allow s to obtain, depending on the pH of the substrate, the corresponding N-amin o substituted pyridines by decarboxylation or the naphthyridone derivatives by cyclization reaction.
