Abstract
Farm women play a significant role in performing most of the post harvest o perations in pulses, oilseeds and coarse grains. This paper reveals the ado ption level of farm women and their perceived training needs in post harves t technologies. Based on these findings, the prospective roles of extension workers to transfer post harvest technologies to farm women were identifie d and appropriate strategies towards this end were also proposed.
