Abstract
A method is presented to determine both phi and psi backbone angles in prot eins simultaneously. This is achieved by measuring the effect on two-spin c oherences of cross-correlation between N-15-H-1(N) and C-13(alpha)-H-1(alph a) vectors. The cross-correlation rates are obtained by comparing two compl ementary three-dimensional experiments.
