Abstract
The magneto-impedance (MI) profiles of Co66Fe4NiB14Si15 amorphous ribbons c hanged sensitively with the annealing temperature, reflecting the change in anisotropy field, which determines the field dependence of transverse perm eability. The effective anisotropy held, evaluated from these profiles, wer e discussed in terms of the increase of magnetic softness and microstructur al change due to the annealing.
