Abstract
The indications for stereotactic radiosurgery for patients with cavernous m alformations of the brain are discussed. Specific reference is made to tech nique and dose selection and to the results and potential complications of this approach. Radiosurgery is an alternative to microsurgical resection fo r some patients with malformations in high-risk brain locations.
