Abstract
We describe the synthesis and enzymatic activity of a library of beta-carbo xamido phosphonates as inhibitors of imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydrata se (IGPD). Biological results suggest the presence of an enzymatic interact ion Site not previously observed for other inhibitors of IGPD. (C) 1999 Els evier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
