Abstract
Combinatorial libraries of pseudo-peptide hydrazone macrocycles are formed from amino acid-derived building blocks equipped with hydrazide and aldehyd e functionalities; a series of experiments confirm that hydrazone formation is reversible and that the libraries are genuinely dynamic.
