Abstract
In this paper, the study of the reaction between Ciprofloxacin(CPFX) and bo vine serum albumin(BSA) at different pH is reported. The conformational cha nge of BSA due to the addition of CPFX is discussed. It is proved that only dynamic quenching exits between CPFX and BSA, Quenching constant is obtain ed and the distance between CPFX and BSA is determined according to the the ory of energy transfer.
