Abstract
The characteristic and mechanism of AEOT/iso-octane/water reversed micellar system extracting the macromolecular protein-hemoglobin were reported. The results indicate that compared with AOT reversed micellar system, AEOT rev ersed micellar system has a higher extract ratio, no undissolved material o n the surface, and don' t need assist surfactant.
