Abstract
This case report confirms the presence of feline dysautonomia in the US. Di agnosis is made by the combination of clinical signs. Many treatment option s are provided, including both supportive and curative care. Supportive car e involved daily subcutaneous fluids and the placement of a gastrotomy tube . The use of pilocarpine ophthalmic drops was the most effective curative t reatment.
