Abstract
LiNbO3 ceramics substitued with Na (0.03) and with MnO2 addition are prepar ed. The temperature and frequency dependence of some piezoelectric coeffici ents is studied. A good stability is observed up to 500 degrees C when work ing at 100 kHz or 1 MHz. A sensor device is realized and its response to an acoustic signal is observed versus temperature.
