Abstract
Professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs) play a key role in the inducti on of immune responses evoked by vaccination with plasmid DNA. Use of atten uated intracellular bacteria as delivery vehicles has the potential to effi ciently target DNA vaccines to professional APCs.
