Abstract
Textured (CdxZn1-x)(3)(AsyP1-y)(2) films were deposited onto chemically cle aned Coming Code 7059 glass substrates by pulsed laser evaporation. The fil ms were found to be close in composition to the target material at depositi on temperatures from 470 to 520 K.
