Abstract
A glutaraldehyde (GA) spacer complex on enzyme immobilization was clea ved from the support introduced N-alpha-9-fluorenylmethyl-oxycarbonylg lycine. By the H-1-NR IR spectroscopic measurement of the desired comp lex, glycine-GA-phenethylamine (GGP), GA was thought to bh involved in enzyme immobilization as a heteropolymer with the molecular weight ra nge of about 600 to 1300.
