A quality manual for radiological departments

The purpose of this article is to introduce a quality manual for radiology departments. A radiology department has implemented a quality improvment pr ogram since 1996. This manual was developed as a tool for quality improveme nt program. This manuscript, was based on foreign accreditation manuals as well as from French experiences and summarized. In addition, new criteria w ere added, especially in the field of interventional radiology. This refere nce book is first dedicated to the self-assesssment of radiology department s. It can also be used for an external audit.
