Abstract
On-line sample concentration of fast moving inorganic anions by large volum e sample stacking (LVSS) and field enhanced sample injection (FESI) with a water plug under acidic conditions is presented. Detection sensitivity enha ncements were around 100 and 1000-fold for LVSS and FESI, respectively. How ever, reproducibility and linearity of response in the LVSS approach is sup erior compared to the FESI approach. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rig hts reserved.
