T. Vrbova et K. Prochazka, Adsorption of self-avoiding walks at an impenetrable plane in the expandedphase: a Monte Carlo study, J PHYS A, 32(29), 1999, pp. 5469-5475
We consider self-avoiding walks on the simple cubic lattice, confined to th
e half-space z greater than or equal to 0. In addition, the walks interact
with the plane z = 0 and have a vertex-vertex interaction. The walks can ad
sorb at the plane z = 0. The location of the adsorption phase transition de
pends, in general, on the contact interaction. We use Monte Carlo methods t
o investigate the form of the adsorption phase boundary in the expanded pha
se region.
