Abstract
An efficient, safe and cost effective synthesis of deoxyribonucleoside phos phoramidites is described. The amine hydrochloride produced as a by-product during the synthesis of nucleoside phosphorbisamidite is used as an intern al activator in the synthesis of phosphoramidites.
