Abstract
A case of spontaneous bile-duct perforation in a 5-month-old boy with a his tory of necrotizing enterocolitis in his Ist week of life is reported. To o ur knowledge, this is the second case reported with such an antecedent, sup porting a vascular etiology for some cases of spontaneous biliary perforati on.
