Abstract
A patient with a cloacal malformation and hydrocolpos underwent a colostomy and vaginostomy in the neonatal period and total reconstruction at 7 month s of age. Associated upper-urinary-tract abnormalities included solitary cr ossed left renal ectopia and a nonfunctioning right kidney with a single-sy stem vaginal ectopic ureter.
