Abstract
Membrane-forming conditions including solution concentration, pre-evaporati on lime, evaporation temperature and bath temperature have different influe nces on the properties of cellulose membrane, e.g. the water flux and the a bility to retain glucosan T40. Cellulose membrane has a high ability to rem ove urea and creatinine as does polyacrylonitrile membrane. (C) 1999 John W iley & Sons, Ltd.
