Abstract
The density and thermal expansion behaviour of linear low density polyethyl ene, over the temperature range from -95 degrees to + 10 degrees C, is meas ured. The influence of drawing on density and thermal expansion behaviour i s related to the chain scission and crosslinking induced by the gamma irrad iation. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
