Abstract
A third case of a posterior dislocation of the shoulder with ipsilater al humeral shaft fracture is described. It is recommended that this di fficult management problem requires internal fixation of the humeral s haft fracture to allow control of the shoulder. (C) 1997 Elsevier Scie nce Ltd.
