Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma represents 3% of all adult malignancies. Metastases oc cur most frequently in the bone and lung. Four cases of renal cell carcinom a metastasizing to the thyroid gland are described here. A Literature revie w is presented and guidelines for the management of this rare condition are suggested.
