Abstract
The novel paclitaxel analog 15 with a bridge between the C-4 and C-6 positi ons was synthesized and was found to be less active than paclitaxel in in v itro tubulin assembly and cytotoxicity assays. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Lt d. All rights reserved.
