Abstract
The development of a novel carbamate linker optimized for solid phase N-acy liminium ion chemistry is reported. Some 2- and 2,4-substituted pyrrolidine s were synthesized via addition of several carbon nucleophiles to immobiliz ed N-acyliminium ions. A beta-sulfonylethyl carbamate linker appeared espec ially useful; readily synthesized, stable towards Lewis acids and easily cl eavable. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
