In the framework of the prevention of the forest fires, the thermal analysi
s technics can be used to determine the behavior of the vegetable to the he
at. The different aerial parts (needle, branch, cone) of Pinus halepensis (
Aleppo Pine) present thermal analysis curves of DTA and DTG close enough, w
hatever are the degree of maturation and the date of the picking. The choic
