Abstract
Malignant tumours of jugular foramen are very rare in infants. To our knowl edge there have been no earlier reports. The case of an infant who had a ma lignant schwannoma in the region of the jugular foramen is now reported. Th e difficulties of identifying a particular nerve as the origin of such a tu mour are also indicated.
